The Human Body is temple

Sri Paramahamsa Sachchidananda Yogeeswarar

As told by the yogi:-

The top-centre of the head, "Brahma Kapalam" is equivalent to the temple's "Moolasthaanam".
The human brain is just below the "Brahma Kapalam". The human brain is covered by an extremely thin layer of skin and ring of nerves. This portion is called "Sahasraara Chakra". In between the brain and the "Brahma Kapalam" there is darkness. God is situated in this tiny portion of darkness. Therefore the "Moolasthaanams" (sanctum-sanctorum) in temples are designed to be dark. If you go to very old Shiva temples in tamilnadu, you will see probably a flickering lamp next to shiva linga which enlightens you to see the god.It indicates that if you remove the ignorance(dark) by knowledge(lamp), then you will see the god. Our human body is temple. So let us try to keep our body clean...

  1. Can you please elaborate on the "bramha kapala" bit. I had never heard of this name before, and I had a dream yesterday night wherein a man called bramha kapala presided over a black stone temple open to the sky, with more plinth and a small shrine at the back that did not house a deity but a flame that filled the whole shrine with golden light.

I'm trying to figure out the meaning of this dream that i had. any help on bramha kapala would be useful at this moment. thank you.
